To comment "lol" or laugh over someone/something
lol over (past tense): I feld bad that he loled over on my serious comments
lol over (continuous present tense): Why are everybody loling over my result
lol should not be accredible at any time. however if need be used, if you hear a statement that is funny and you want to let person know that you literally laughed out loud, it is lol worthy.
