Zaching is a term which describes when an individual, typically a man, lacks a normal fight or flight response and instead freezes when confronted with potentially stressful situations.
This genetic mutation (Zach gene) was particularly dangerous during the times of early humans as it made the individual susceptible to predators. The extreme aversion to confrontation is what helped the Zachs survive an early death, before they could reproduce at age 45.
The Zach gene may also be triggered when approached by pretty ladies (or dudes).

To Zach. Zaching is another word for being a self centred sad narcissist. Often tries to derail conversations by making it about them, often through pretending to be mentally ill. Usually found in group chats
