The term applicable to all manner of cleverness, in which the speaker of a clever comment or doer of a clever action, has accomplished a great feat. More than a "smart ass", someone who has attained "Real Fuckin Clever" status has transcended intellectual and cultural bounds, proving to everyone around them that they are, in fact, quite clever. A mental disease whereby the person has all the mental affects that would grant him/her a photographic memory, but they also suffer from all the mental aspects of amnesia, rendering him/her normal in terms of memory capability. The name of this syndrome derives from a real situation in which a fish know as "Goldy" would learn things incredibly fast (such as Einsteins Theory of Relativity and Triganometory) but would forget them in the following seven seconds.
"I can remember what songs were played on my 3rd birthday but unfortunately I suffer from Clever Fish Syndrome and as such I have forgetten."
