A person who says something strange or often times gay. A suspect is typically children and want to be popular so they say fruity stuff to get laughs. People that are Suspect sometimes (but not all the time) go by the names of: Tiger, Miles, Taylor, Shane, Sean and Velasco. Suspects can be spotted easily on the way they walk, talk and act.
Guy 1: Don't go to Miles' and Tiger's party
Guy 2: Why?
Guy 1: They are Suspect. They plan on Spreading Peanut butter all over each others asses!

Similar to No Homo, no suspect is a means a clarifying what you really wanted to say or clean up any misinterpretations of something you said.
