A stupid person; it refers to the lack of surface area on an individual's brain. The general thought is that the more surface area (wrinkles, creases, etc.) a brain has, the smarter the person is. Conversely, a person with a smooth brain (no wrinkles) has less surface area and would therefore be stupid.

Someone talented at using verbal communication to get what they want from a situation, such as persuading someone.
The word is often used to describe men who are skilled at seducing women.
- "I picked up a girl at the bar last night."
- "You're such a smooth operator dude."

(1) A cad, rogue or bounder. A highly-functioning, charismatic sociopath who has a purely instrumental view of others. Treats women like objects and vice versa.

Pinkly Smooth is a band created by The Rev and Synyster Gates, Avenged Sevenfold's drummer and lead guitarist. This band is a side project, and displays The Rev's vocal talent.
Band members: Rat Head (Jimmy Sullivan)-Vocals, Synyster Gates (Brian Haner)-Guitarist, El Diablo (Buck Silver of Ballistico)-Bassist, Super Loop (D Rock of Ballistico)-Drummer, and Justin Meacham-Pianist
Their first album was released in 2002 titled "Unfortunate Snort". So far that is all they have released.
