•Definition
An acute injury resulting from wearing one or many heavyweight chains, (also referred to as, ice or bling).
Chain strain has the potential to become chronic when chains are worn daily for a lengthy period of time(years) and when worn while performing and touring as a rap musician.
•Causes
The weight of these icy accessories cause strain and other conditions to a persons neck and back. (As of a person, such as a rapper, or another within the hip hop music industry)
