The period of life, observed in the elderly, where the rules of polite conversation and overt public embarrassment are no longer followed. People in their post-courtesy years see no need to be polite and blurt out exactly what they think, regardless of how embarrassing or unkind it is to the subject or surrounding parties. Often manifests in the late 70's.
Grandma in her post-courtesy years, said "My son-in-law has a big nose just like yours."
That senior citizen just said women don't need any education and should just have babies.
Grandfather said, "I can say anything I want because I have earned the right."
"Oh, I see that you have gained weight. But you have always been kind of fat so it doesn't show."

That dangerous period of time within 1-2 weeks after the New year in which people try to go through with their New Year's Resolution. Often met with minimal success.
Bob: Hey Tom, whats your New Years Resolution?
Tom: I think I'll lose some weight.

Bob: Tom was a good man, its such a shame that he had to die so young. Our thoughts and wishes go out to his friends and family.
Tom's Mom: Curse you New Years Fallout!

(noun) anyone having a birthday around the end of September or the beginning of October, indicating they were conceived on New Year's Eve/Day.

Simply someone who is 12. Its just an age. I'm 12 and I don't act like the stereotypical 12 year old, I don't play Fortnite or Minecraft. I just like to watch anime, draw, and make Tik-Toks, That's it.
Example: I'm a 12 year old girl.

The seven year icth is a point that a lot of couple go through. It is the point when you have been together so long that you are tired/bored with your partner, but you have not been together long enough to have accepted the rythem that is being in a relationship. Some people miss being single and would like a different partner. Other people just miss the freedom of being single and having no strings attached but they do not want another partner. It is a "rough" patch in a relationship.
They are starting to feel the strain of the "Seven year itch." They will get throught it if they try hard, enough.

American undergraduate ("college") degrees historically and typically take 4 years to complete. A person on the "5 year plan" is usually not a serious enough student, who will not have enough credits to graduate within 4 years, perhaps due to dropping classes, changing majors often, or flunking courses (which gives no credits).
"My roommate my sophomore year partied 6 nights a week. He ended up only taking 2 courses one semester."
"Oh yeah? My ex-boyfriend never went to class except to take the exams -- sometimes. He failed half his classes when we were dating. He was on the 5 year plan too."
