Christine Tipping and Hypocrite are words that are interchangeable and synonymous with each other.
Example of a Christine Tipping's acts: A teacher/administrator of the/a cohort who makes fun of her idiocy. Someone who orders Urban dictionary to be blocked over the school/collage Wi-fi and then goes and tried to fact check names for jumpers with Urban dictionary. Also known as a Boomer.
Someone who is also known for making sure people know her left to their right.
