Some people have a bit of trouble with very simple tasks, they don't listen well and are probably not gonna go far in life. While people with physical limps have a bit of trouble getting by in the world, they are lucky that society is there to help; those with the mental limp are fucked for life.
I had to walk the guy through how to use the word processor, every instruction was repeated 2 or 3 times to him, I swear he had a mental limp.

Treatment required when one's head is so full of appropriate expletive deleted like negative attitudes, superstition, hatred, intolerance, urban legends, vaguely reasoned or unsubstantiatable opinions, neuroses, paranoias, addictions, etc., that normal functioning in society is impossible. Only a thorough clean out can help the situation.

When someone uses their brain to the full, this can be both bad or good.
This can be interpretted in many ways it basically just means using your brain to your full potential.

'ikea (i know everything about) mentality' can be used as a phrase expression about a person with supercilliary attitude, belittling others. one who always thinks, s/he knows more than other people.
one my friend once told me they have a co-worker, very histaminic and does't have respect for others and she thinks nobody equals her amongst us, and we all feel really bad. i advised him, just ignore her IKEA MENTALITY.
