mixing one's marbles: someone confusing people/things, unintential.
As opposed to losing marbles which can mean loosing grip of a situation or things, usually uttered in a frustrated manner, "I am losing my marbles".

The resulting product, or the action of mixing together two illegal drugs to be consumed at the same time; e.g. cocaine and mdma, ketamine and cocaine, mdma and ketamine. Usually snorted. And preceeded by chanting 'mix and blend' in a London/ West Indian accent in the faces of people who are not invited to join in, or probably don't want to.
Doing a mix and blend usually results in loss of memory and confused emotions the following day, but these symptoms can be relieved by just not going to bed.
