The "Shadow Step" is a walking technique where one moves completely silent, almost subconsciously, regardless of how fast they're walking. Increases in confidence in individuals possessing the Shadow Step, will result in a gradual loss in consistency of the technique overtime and one will notice foot steps become heavier as confidence grows.
