Quite similar to "busting nut" it refers to ejaculating, or "Busting Ghost". Derived from people saying, "oh we were just alone watching Ghost Busters," and friends responding, "what? were you two busting ghost."

This originally came from the late 70's - black american slang meaning to ask for something that you want. Used to use it all the time in Marine Corps ~78-82'.

Stump busting is more common during deer season. Stump busting is the act of tying an animal to a tree or a tree stump so they cannot get away and mounting them sexually.
