The Vermilion Pill is associated with the Red Pill. Men who have been Vermilion Pilled will blindly follow someone and not question his morals and ethics even if he is in the wrong. These Vermilion Pillers are overzealous and obsessed fans of youtubers, especially those in the Manosphere, and will target their critics/haters by spreading false rumors on social media, doxing, sending death threats, etc.
The Vermilion Pill has come to encompass all overzealous fans, regardless of their gender, of celebrities, bands, politicians, and actors.
Those famous dating podcasts sent their Vermilion Pilled men to stir up trouble on their unsuspected haters.
Someone who thinks they have moved past being white pilled, but are still stuck being red pilled with a 25% chance of being black pilled in the next 3-6 months.

The Violet Pill is made up of the Red Pill and the Blue Pill. The Red Pill means you are suddenly educated and told. You are made aware that darkness exists. The Blue Pill means you are blissfully ignorant. You're not at all awake, and you're not aware of what's going on in the current world.
The Violet Pill is when you really understand duality. Violet Pilled means you woke up and realized that evil exists in our world. Darkness and evil are present; you become disappointed by their presence, and it's sickening. Violet is also the color of being able to see things from a higher perspective.
After learning about the Red Pill and the Blue Pill, I chose to become a Violet Piller instead.
