123456789 is just a bunch of numbers. Why tf are you looking it up?
They can be used as a fake phone number, either for trolling or for writing a story, if you're too damn lazy to think of something else.
Examples:
a. Person1: Can I have your phone number?
Person2: Uhhh... Sure. 123456789.
b. "Bob went back to his desk after the break. On his notebook he finds a note that reads: "Call me. 123456789 ;)". He immediately recognizes that the note had been written by his best friend, Mark."
