1st Amendment

The first of ten amendments of the Bill of Rights to the American Consitution. It essentially grants citizens freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition. The literal text is as follows.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

If one does mot approve of something, he or she has the right to peacefully protest because of the 1st Amendment.

1st amendment frauditor

An unemployed prison who travels from town to to town filming people (often times police) with the intent to cause a confrontation that can be posted online with hopes of making YouTube money. Frauditors claim their purpose is to make sure our constitutional rights are not being infringed upon

used excessively to explain the ownership of multiple firearms
basically a law that states you have a right to defend yourself

i have the right to buy firearms because the 1st amendment allows it.

2nd Amending the 1st Amendment

To use free speech suppression on people that don't conform to Fringe Gun nut ideals and/or view points on the internet.
Such acts include

-Harassing bloggers in the comments sections with nasty remarks
-vote gaming on news sharing sites like reddit
-attacking anyone that dares question Gunnut logic
-Doxxing people that don't agree with the Gun Nut view point

Not like what they saw the arm chair 2nd amendment crowd commenced 2nd Amending the 1st Amendment to silence critics on news sites
