An Ab-trocity is when someones midsection (abs) are very unfit, usually spilling over ones pants. Similar to a "Muffin Top"

OMG, did you see Virginia with that half shirt, her stomach is a total abtrocity

After she had the baby her stomach was a total abtrocity
