Anomaltivity = a succinct word for the idea that “an exceptional to the rule does not negate the predictive power of a rule”

Person A: “That rule doesn’t apply to everyone I know a guy who is an exception.”

Person B: “That doesn’t discount the rule, that’s just Anomaltivity.”
