A dance move involving the thrusting of the hips forward, while your arms pump back all at once. While doing this move, you scream the word 'bang-chi' as loud as you can.

This move is performed when a person is feeling excited or extrememly horny.

When Mary found out her boyfriend was coming over later that night, she did the Bang-Chi alone in her kitchen.
