Bedbug people

People who look as if they have bedbugs; i.e. Dumpster dwellers, people who sell crack to middle schoolers behind the King Soopers. Frequently seen scratching crust from their ears and examining it. If they asked you for a job application, you would wash your hands.

"Hey, did you see that guy that came in here? Totally bedbug people, I need a bath after being within 10 feet of him."
