When a male, usually in the showers, grabs his shaft and swings it round in the motion of a helicopter rota-blade. Lots of fun with more foreskin.

Man did you see Bruce Forsyth in the shower he had so much foreskin I thought he was going to take off with that Bellacopter!!!
