CDPR raised expectations really high for Cyberpunk 2077, only for the game to come out broken. I guess they expected the Bioware magic to make it work just because they made The Witcher 3.
A strong female character who will typically have a rough exterior personality but it's all because of some dark thing that happened in their past and they have a traditionally girly aspect to them that survived and can only be seen by maxing out the romance. They will tipically have a punk-esc hairstyle such as a half shaven head as well as being very untaditional.
