Mean, nasty (or totally harmless) term for any female doing anything that pisses you off. Heat of the moment sort of name-calling.
"Hey bitch-features where did you get your license?"
"Bitch-features has her shortest skirt on again...you can nearly see what she had for breakfast."
Excellent thing to yell at a female driver who has just absolutely pissed you off.
"Hey bitch-features, do you want me to get out and park it for you?????"
