Blunt. An inexpensive cigar (commonly swisher sweet) which is cut, emptied of tobacco, and filled with marijuana. After this blunt is rolled, it is then smoked.
I'm tired of smoking J's knave, lets roll up a fat blunt.

Essentially, a "Bleeze" is a skeeze, or ho, that continually tries to hook up with stoners, pot-heads, or druggies.
"Dude, I'm gonna get with that chick over there!"
"Fat chance. She's a bleeze. You don't smoke nearly enough to land that ass."
Quite simply the state of being high after smoking a bleezy.
Bleezy being a slang word for blunt.
The state of almost complete debiliation that results from being under the influence of massive amounts of both alcohol and marijuana.
