The act of chugging a full alcoholic beverage while holding the drink with the tips of your fingers only. First theorized by the prestigious "International Boomtowa League", Members solidify their presence with a "Towa Name" or callsign. Members of this prestigious group often accompany the act of hitting a "Boomtower" with skits, choreographed dance routines, or speeches that usually promote American Patriotism.
"Hi my name it Barry Mechakenher and this is the Boomtower. Hope all my fellow patriots out there are holding the line today and cheers"
