Booty-Alert is when a masculine guy makes a female, or feminine guy eat his ass, and he rides their face, squats up and down on their face, or bounces up and down on their face to the beat of the song Booty-Alert while their eating his ass. The song was featured in the movie Ride Along 2.

It's used for stimulation and pleasure, or sometimes just to clown them for fun, or to be a jerk just because he can.
