A web-like net of hair as a result of tangling, covering a male or female's anal hole (otherwise known as butthole) which cause the backup of fecal matter.

Dude, I totally woke up the other day, took a dump, and didn't realize i had a Butthole-Net. I had to snip that shit with some scissors.
