To be forced to take a lap around a parking lot, due to stupidity and conversations. Used during marching band activities. First used in the year 1994, Named after Kelly Choi a Band field major. Normally one to two laps around a parking lot approximately a total of 300 to 400 yards in length.

David Ing got choied, because he would not stop talking while the instructor was talking.
