A person who actively fakes illnesses or disabilities for clout or popularity.
These people are the scum of the Earth and have no place in society other than wasting the short amount of time we have on this world.

Cloutochondriac: Hey guys, I just self-diagnosed myself with Cerebral Palsy, no, I have not talked to any medical professionals about this. I just feel like I deserve to have a Wheelchair.

Normal Person: But you can still walk though?

Cloutochondriac: I know, I just really like the sound of the wheels going up the disabled ramp!
