The worldwide epidemic that is the result of the worldwide pandemic, Covid-19 because everyone stuck at home watching porn, smoking weed, and eating uncontrollably.

Cobese, Cobesity or Co-bese is when you were already chubby/obese before the Covid Pandemic and are even now chubbier and therefore Cobese. Similar to the Covid-19 relating to the almost 20 lbs some people have gained while in quarantine.
