croit

A fictitious muscle group (also, gloits). Often used sarcastically to deride those who take their work-outs too seriously.

Gym Rat: Oh man, I really pumped some iron today.
Smart Ass: Really hammered your croits, eh?
Gym Rat: Aw, yeah, sure did.
Smart Ass: Idiot.

Croit

To be violently sick and vomit. The word croit originated in Scotland in the late 1800s because the king had a lisp and didn’t want people to say sick (because of the s) so he invented the word croit.

There’s croit everywhere I’m phoning the doctor.
