A cutscene is a term used in pre-current-generation gaming to describe a pre-rendered movie within a video game.
Cutscenes are far less likely to be used on current-gen consoles as most systems use an NIS (a non-interactive sequence). An NIS differs from a cutscene in that it is rendered in real-time by the game engine.
Bob: "Man did you see that cutscene in Need For Speed Undercover where Chase Lane is bending down, over the table? Wow!"
Joe: "That ain't no cutscene!"

When someone on a reality show gets offended, they emphasize it dramatically with a sudden large musical "thump", dead tone of a piano key, or symbol bash. Often accompanied by the person who is offended just seen standing there blanked out in "awe". Get's VERY annoying when used over and over in a show.
Example of a shocker cutscene
Girl 1-Ahh that was an awesome night.
Girl 2-Yeah especially with Dave, we had sex last night.
Girl 1-Oh? Cause Dave told me that I was better.
-Sudden burst of a random dark musical tone as Girl 2 just stares in shock-
Girl 2-Well he told me that you smelled!
-Sudden burst of a random dark musical tone as Girl 1 just stares in shock-

Getting cutscened is the act of getting bodied so hard in a fighting game that pressing any button at any point would have absolutely no effect
"oh yeah I was trying to learn skullgirls the other day so I played online, some Beowulf cutscened me so hard that I uninstalled the game"
When you get beat so hard in a video game that pressing any of your buttons does literally nothing
"I was playing skullgirls the other day. I went online and I got cutscened by some Beowulf so hard that I uninstalled"
Someone who enjoys watching a game's cutscenes more than actually playing the game.
Man, I'm such a cutscene cuck for dsrk souls.
Gamer term for Cut to the chase or long story short
I have something important to tell you but i'll just skip the cutscene and show you a video
