DDHJ is an acronym for Double Down Hand Job. Its when someone eats a Double Down sandwich from KFC and then jacks you off with their hands which are full of grease from the Double Down.

Brett: So how was your day today?

Steve: Pretty great, me and Rachel went to KFC and she gave me a DDHJ in the parking lot after we finished.
