An asshole that gets a friend or customer a drink, usually milk, and dips his penis in it and doesn't tell you. Very common with waiters if your an asshole customer.

Dicksplash (noun) a word for a dumbass who pissed too hard into a urinal and it splashed back and hit him. Commonly used to describe a person this has happened to in the past

Splash back caused by careless high-pressure peeing into a urinal. In rare cases the splash back hits your face and beard. Also a term to descibe a delinquant.
