The act of accidentally taking 2 pictures when only meaning to take one. This is often followed by a ton of people becoming really pissed off because they dropped out of their poses and therefore the second picture looks terrible.
Person 1: Excuse me sir can you take a picture of us?
Person 2: Sure no problem. (Double-Snaps)
Person 1: Damnit I probably look like an idiot in the second one! Nice going ass hole. I asked for one picture and you end up Double-Snapping

When someone snapchats you a second picture even when you left them on delivered or open in hopes of you responding.

When someone sends you a snapchat, but share the same snapchat in their snap story at the same time. Weirdly annoying. Double-snappers are shitty people

A higher, more intense form of saying "oohhhh SNAP."
If you were to witness a Marine being disobedient to a higher ranking Marine, you will typically see the Marine of higher rank beat the junior Marine down. The result? Bystanders saying "Oh SNAP."
If that same senior Marine picked the junior Marine up and threw him on a curb, the appropriate response would be "OHHHH.......DOUBLE SNAP RABBIT!!!"
