Dutch Rail

A more direct form of the "Dutch Oven". When 'person one' places a straw in their ass, and 'person two' places the other end of the straw in their nostril, and proceeds to inhale a fart.

"That girl was a freak, she gave Aaron a Dutch Rail!"

"After a couple Dutch Rails, I'll try anything!"
