FODMAP

FODMAP is an acronym referring to foods that contain sugars that can cause problems (cramping, pain, and/or diarrhea) by irritating the small intestine. People with IBS are advised to eat a low FODMAP diet.

BFF1: Thank heaven, I’m so glad I can still eat mashed potatoes on this low FODMAP diet, Stephanie.
