Let's face it, the best Chinese food is found in the many Chinese restaurants around town, offering a multitude of flavors and ingredients. The thing is, sometimes you want the food but don't want to get out....even for take-out. So, what to do?
Faux-Fong - the basics:
1. Meat (or Tofu) of your choice.
2. Package of frozen Stir-fry Veggies.
3. Envelope of Stir-fry Seasoning.
Adventurous? Impress her with these:

2. Tea
Her: Raining tonight, how about a movie and take-out?
Him: Sounds great....but take-out? It's raining cats 'n dogs out there!!
