A combination of fascism and feudalism, usually practiced by a Vice-Chancellor and his gangs to stick to power.

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology is currently struggling against Foridudalism. It is important to understand that Foridudalism creates a bunch of Foridudalist pimps who would blindly support Foridudalism and cease to have the feeling of shame.
