Name for a man who has no right to be in the position he is in (oftentimes equal-to or above you), as he usually fucks up the most menial of tasks.

Guy 1: "Hey did you hear Bob got promoted again?"
Guy 2: "What?!? That Fuzzy-Plums doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground!"
