An insult used to make fun of people who are gay whilst at the same time, calling them a retard. The subject of the word doesn't have to actually be gay as it just uses the word "gay" being an insult, not what it actually means.
Dan why did you steal my pencil you're such a gaytard!
Two insults combined into one, as if to say one is a gay retard without wasting your breath on the 're' part.

Definition: A person that is neither gay or retarded, however acts like they are both.
