A bull shit artist/con artist. Can talk your ear off but there is little to no sincerity nor depth of knowledge. Just the ability to talk about something without the in depth knowledge to back it up.
Sociopaths are often very glib.
1. Easily performed; non-challantly taken care of.
2. Marked by ease and fluency of speech or writing that often suggests or stems from insincerity, superficiality, or deceitfulness.
