Glubbering

The act by which one ponders either past or future actions, typically of a regretful nature. Often associated with morning after shakes due to a night of heavy drinking or talking to questionable members of the opposite sex.

Bob was just sitting there on the couch glubbering, one hand in a bag of potato chips and the other in his pants.
