A greblin is someone who has a greb style and also is very ugly, this makes them look like a gremlin. the word greblin associated from the two words mixing together which formed greblin a new term to tell someone they are unfashionable and have a hideous appearance.
That guy/girl over there looks like a greblin!
The mix of an absolute greb that looks so hideous it may aswell also be a gremlin which creates the mix of a greb and a gremlin therefore it’s called greblin.
