He (or she in the most bizzare of cases) who derives sexual pleasure from sniffing saddles. Not to be mistaken for someone obsessed with sniffing shoes, underwear, swimming gear or any upholstry recently occopied by a female - it has to be a saddle! most likely a bicycle or horses saddle. May also be adapted into an insult for a man who is a bit creepy/pervy. Brilliant word altogether!
"dude - that guy over there is sniffing that girls bike saddle and jacking off"
"yeah thats my dad - he's a gronker!!"

Going "Gronkers" is exactly the same as going bonkers about something, but going "gronkers" is an act reserved only for reactions to a terrific play by New England Patriots Tight End Rob Gronkowski.
"After Rob Gronkowski caught the game-winning touchdown the crowd went Gronkers!"
A gronk you work alongside and have to put up with since they very rarely manage to contribute something of essence.
