Their main allies are: Brazilian cartel of bell county, M.M.O.TXx14, cripTX, Gangster disciple nation of Texas (G.D.NxL.S.S.H), and Lone star state hustlas (L.S.S.H).

Not much is known about how it started but it is widely believed that it was started around 2013-2015 in oakcliff Dallas tx. Its estimated that at least 85,000-250,000 gang members are a part of HCGVAWXRLDTX. it is also estimated that there are at least 200-500 hoover criminal gangs that are a part of HCGVAWXRLDTX. They are a very VIOLENT set of gangs, as their crimes range from petty theft, burglary, car hopping, assault, extortion, gang rape, witness intimidation, capital murder, kidnapping, human sex trafficking, and even child abduction. They have many enemies across texas. Main enemies include 5411TX ( also known as 5411 kill a hoover), European cartel of Lancaster,TX , NHBTX(neighborhood bloods of Texas).NHCGTX( neighborhood crip gangs of Texas). Mexicano niggas that kill shit( aka M.C.G.O.N.TX 13x). HCGVAWXRLDTX is considered to be a part of the U.G.S.O.TX( Underground gang system of texas).
