Hoooag

A pipe in which smoke is inhaled through water.
I discovered this when I had a crossword puzzle solved except for one word, whose letters I had were "Hoooag", so I retroactively made HOOOAG a definition matching the clue to fill in the crossword.

"Nice hoooag you have there."
