1. The status achieved when one's well-being isn't exactly on point, but it's the thought that counts. Often a result of life decisions that seem genius at 3 am but questionable at noon.
2. A sarcastic or humorous way to acknowledge that something isn't right, but you're going with it anyway.

"Bro, did you just mix Red Bull with your morning coffee?"
"Helth."
Example 2:
"Just saw a dude trying to toast bread with a hairdryer. That's some next-level helth right there."
