The feeling of being too full or overstuffed with food the next morning after consuming immense amounts of marijuana and junk food (Lays, Mac N Cheese, Fastfood, Milkshakes, Brownies, Milk, Pizza, Chinese Food, etc.). Similar to a hangover, but less nauseating and more pooing than puking.

A high over is kinda like a hangover. when you get really high, fall asleep, then wake up, you still feel like you are high.
