A Holidoo a day off that British people think of as a holiday which in fact to Northern Irish people is an essential day taken to DO something for someone else like undertake a task or responsibility. For example taking a day off work to arrange a birthday party or take my daughter to a water park to do something for her on HER holiday.
Sharkey I took a Holidoo to arrange a birthday party for wee bu, that's quite different to a holiday because I wasn't doing anything relaxing for myself and a holiday in the actual dictionary states it is"an extended period of leisure and recreation".... therefore this wasn't a holiday but a Holidoo which is a day off but not a holiday. Different see?
