A misspelling of the commonly used "Ho test" or "Ho-test" where one scores a potential mate based on various datum. The higher a score one receives the more of a ho one becomes.
"Shit, she looks GOOD, think I've got a chance?"

hotester is what u say when someone calls you hotter than them and your out of replies but still want to one-up them.
